Geneca Named "101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work"

Oakbrook Terrace, 6/4/2007  -- Geneca has been named one of Chicago's "101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" by the National Association of Business Resources (NABR). This award was created by the NABR to recognize innovative human resources best practices and tools for constant improvement demonstrated by the top companies in the area.

The categories in which Geneca was judged include employee communications, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, recruitment and selection, and work/life balance. Final judging was based on a detailed description of human resources practices as well as the results of an opinion survey issued randomly to Geneca employees.
