Geneca Appoints Software Solution Strategist

Oakbrook Terrace, IL, 6/14/2006  --  Geneca announced today the appointment of Kevin Mason in the new role of Software Solution Strategist.  A unique position requiring a unique blend of technical, communication, and intellectual skills, deliverables for this role include strategic marketing presentations, meticulously honed sales proposals, and the incubation of Geneca’s intellectual property.

In his role as Geneca’s Software Solution Strategist, Mason will:

• Leverage the strengths and talents of the organization to further develop intellectual property for Geneca’s competitive advantage.
• Act as Geneca’s customer advocate by identifying the market trends and technologies that address the emerging needs of Geneca’s clients.
• Work with individual customers through consulting engagements and Feet On the Desk sessions to better define customer needs.
• Communicate Geneca’s thought leadership via white papers, seminars, and public speaking engagements.
• Assist in business development by participating in strategic consulting engagements, sales calls, sales strategy, and the writing of proposals.
