With significant achievements in growing businesses worldwide, Bruce’s career has been largely devoted to aligning those in need of professional IT services with the high-integrity people who provide those services.
A consensus-style leader, Bruce’s management skills have enabled him to successfully implement bold and innovative software solutions. His initiatives have created innumerable opportunities for both individuals and organizations to grow and prosper.
Bruce’s primary focus at Geneca is sales and account development. He directs all aspects of Geneca’s selling processes, including current accounts, new business development and leveraging the sales/marketing infrastructure within Geneca to develop new opportunities.
Before joining Geneca, Bruce contributed to the worldwide growth of ThoughtWorks, one of America’s largest and most well known software services firms. Here he served as Managing Director of ThoughtWorks Canada Corporation; Managing Director of ThoughtWorks Australia Pty Ltd.; and Global Head of Sales at ThoughtWorks with responsibility for sales in six countries. Prior to ThoughtWorks, Bruce was U.S. Vice President of Sales for Financial Services at the internationally renowned professional services firm, Capgemini, and the Founder/Managing Director of Insurance Sector at Capgemini in the Midwestern U.S.
Bruce is a motivational leader who has worked steadfastly throughout his career to address the psychology of software innovation and the application of spiritual principles to the workplace. Bruce resides in Ohio where he enjoys his favorite pastimes, including spiritual awareness, gardening, reading, travel, and family.
