As VP of Delivery, Eric guides the best practices within Geneca to continually raise the bar on client satisfaction and the delivery of software in a visible, predictable way. Eric has a proven track record in these areas and brings energy and excitement to a role that is critical to Geneca's healthy growth. 

Additionally, Eric is leading the Geneca Development Center to become a key differentiator for Geneca in the marketplace. Prior to Geneca, Eric served as Director of Engineering at content management firm, ADEXS. Here, Eric was responsible for the development of ADEXS’ core document management software and led the development efforts to enhance the company’s online document management products. Eric has a BS Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois.
