making software development predictable

About Geneca

Being Predictable Means No Surprises …

No unexpected costs, delays, or disappointing results that interfere with the success of your project.

How do we get predictable? For the most part, it comes down to two fundamental practices: First, we reach a common vision of success requirements – before development begins. Next, we promise only what we can deliver and always honor those commitments.

Our Difference

Most software development companies “do requirements definition.” But there’s more to it than just capturing specifications. It’s about a shared vision of project success, metrics that make sense to all stakeholders, and a readiness to make and honor commitments.

Culture / People

Being predictable is as much about best practices as it is about people and culture. That’s why being predictable is a mission that’s driven by every part of our organization from human resources to delivery to management.

Leadership Team

Being Predictable. Removing obstacles to success. Openness and transparency. The practice of our values starts at the top. In turn, we have a culture where employees enthusiastically give back with new ways to deliver value to clients and to Geneca.

History

It all started with a passion to make software development a predictable, repeatable process. Believing that nothing is impossible, Mark Hattas and Joel Basgall forged ahead to remove the surprise factor from custom software projects. And the rest is history!
