During his 15+ years in the Enterprise Software and Services Industry, Tim’s focus has been on helping individuals and organizations prosper even in the most competitive of markets.

His transparent, tenacious leadership approach is based on building customer loyalty, cultivating champions, and forging a strong, common purpose with clients.

Tim brings strategic thinking, tactical execution, and mentoring talent to his role at Geneca. As a key member of Geneca’s executive team, Tim plays a lead role in developing account strategies to deliver long-term value for Geneca clients. Tim also focuses on client service, new client pursuits and driving Geneca’s overall growth strategy.

Tim comes to Geneca from LexisNexis, a global organization well known for its authority in legal, news and business information services. Here, Tim was Director of Solution Delivery in charge of product management for the firm's CRM and competitive intelligence products, as well as product vision and strategy. He was also involved in growing the consulting practice for the firm's Client Development Software Solutions offerings.

Prior to LexisNexis, Tim was National Manager and Sales Engineer for SPSS and an Account Executive at Honeywell International.

Tim has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Madison. In his spare time, Tim and his family are active volunteers in community service, including work with senior citizens and Living Well, a local cancer resource center.
