A veteran management executive, Joseph has dedicated his career to helping new and mature enterprises become successful and improve profitability. With expertise in IT, operations, procurement, supply chain management, and point of sale systems, he has led and managed employee populations up to 3000, multiple geographic locations, and multimillion-dollar P&L responsibilities.
As CFO, Joseph is a key member of the management team and plays a number of important roles essential to maintaining the firm's profitable growth. Joseph's IT accomplishments include several "firsts", including the first terminals on the trading floors of the major stock exchanges, the first sales enterprise system (SAP) at the Ball Seed Company, and the first truly profitable year for food service at Orange County Public Schools.
Receiving his BA in 1980 from DePaul University, Joseph went on to earn his MBA in Finance at the University of Chicago in 1985.
