The role of a Client Partner is to ensure that Geneca teams can be successful in the work they do. That includes promoting employee satisfaction, engagement and high morale, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering quality.

We are looking for a minimum of 5 years of current experience with the following:

  • Remove obstacles that the Project Manager and team are unable to resolve
  • Build a relationship with clients that is grounded in trust
  • Ensure client, team and employee satisfaction
  • Keep the team’s vision and focus on engagement success criteria
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure progress is being made and that risks are identified and communicated to stakeholders
  • Responsible for the quality of delivery including QA’ing deliverables following Geneca delivery oversight guidelines
  • Help prioritize multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities across the project
  • Evangelize team accomplishments to ensure the business is aware of the value of the software development team
  • Facilitate the celebration of team and individual successes
  • Communicate staffing needs and changes throughout project
  • Motivate and guide Project Manager and other senior team members
  • Manage all client financials
  • Build and protect Geneca brand
  • Manage all client communication from Marketing and Sales
  • Ensure that client relationship, interactions, and deliverables are in keeping with the spirit of the SOW and that proper change control procedures are invoked when necessary
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members to improve team performance and effectiveness
